Meet Sharon Wilsie

Sharon Wilsie is the founder and creator of Horse Speak®, an original communication system that helps people understand what horses are saying through body language, gestures, posture, movement, and space.

For more than 30 years, Sharon has studied how horses naturally communicate with one another. Her work has helped thousands of horse owners build safer, calmer, and more trusting relationships by learning the language horses already speak.

Sharon is the author of the bestselling Horse Speak book series, an international clinician, and an educator whose work has influenced horse owners, trainers, therapists, veterinarians, and equine professionals around the world.

She believes that everything means something, and that learning even a few words of Horse Speak can change the way people experience horses for a lifetime.

Laura Wilsie is the Co-Founder and CEO of Horse Speak®.

Working alongside Sharon Wilsie, Laura has helped build Horse Speak from an idea into an international educational community serving horse owners, professionals, and organizations around the world.

Laura is an international clinician and educator who specializes in helping people develop better timing, awareness, and communication with their horses. Her calm, practical teaching style helps students turn Horse Speak concepts into everyday skills they can use immediately.

As CEO of Horse Speak, Laura leads the growth of the organization while supporting students through educational programs, clinics, online learning, and the Horse Speak community. Her passion is making Horse Speak accessible so more people can experience safer, more trusting relationships with their horses.

Laura believes that every person can learn to understand their horse, and that even a few words of Horse Speak can transform a relationship.
